The Chicago North Suburban Women's Paddle League (CNSWPL)

The CNSWPL is the preeminent paddle league for women in the greater Chicago area. Having started on the North Shore, there are now approximately 43 participating clubs from as far afield as Hinsdale, Barrington, Lake Bluff and downtown Chicago.  All matches involving a North Shore club are played on the North Shore.

The league is organized and managed by a board of volunteer players from member clubs. Night league matches are all played on Mondays and the day league matches are spread across Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning, based on team level. Please see the Match & Drill Details page for more season specific information as it relates to the WPTC teams.

The league season is divided into two sessions; Fall & Winter.  The Fall session starts in early October and runs through to mid December.  The Winter session starts approximately a week into the new year and runs through to early/mid March. Each session is 9 weeks long.

CNSWPL Day Travel League

WPTC currenty has 9 teams playing in the CNSWPL day league (WDL). Members of the WPTC women’s daytime league are expected to:

  • Be available for most weekly matches, both home & away.
  • Be available for most weekly drills.  Drill fees are an additional cost and are billed and due in advance of each session.
  • Provide food and beverages for home matches. The source and cost to be determined by individual teams.

CNSWPL Monday Night Travel League

This league is a great option for women who cannot commit to play or drill during the day, but otherwise want to play competitive paddle.

There is no drill requirement for the WPTC Monday night league players but our pros are available for team or group organized instruction if desired.

In-house Program

This program is for women who are relatively new to paddle and who want to take advantage of organized instruction and coached play.

Learn the basic platform tennis blueprint needed to be successful at any level, then practice what you've learned.  This program will run for ten weeks total. Eight weeks will comprise of an hour long instruction with a pro and the remaining two weeks will have an organized, coached round robin play format. These round robins will occur in week 5 and again in week 10.

Sign up for the 7:00-8:00PM or 8:00-9:00PM group.  The groups will combine for 2 hours of round robin play in weeks 5 and 10.

WPTC Spring League

The WPTC spring league will back for 2023

The league is organized and facilitated by our pros and gives players an opportunity to play some fun, competitive spring paddle with different players.  Foursomes will be assigned and communicated before play and match and warmup balls will be supplied.

Can't make a particular week? No problem, we'll find a sub for you.
