WPTC Membership Options 2024-2025

Registration Opens July 8, 2024

- New for the 2024-2025 Season -

All WPTC Members will be charged an Assessment for the Hut Extension Fund. The pricing below reflects this fee. 



Men's Weeknight

Travel League
  • Participation in the CPTC week night league
  • 7 day advanced court reservations (max of 2 hours/day) *
  • Saturday morning Open Play, supervised by our Club Pro 
  • Club social events & tournaments
  • APTA Membership
  • Fee covers food & balls for all matches
  • Beginner -> elite players
  • All Weeknight members are eligible for three 90-minute, four-person drills or one 60-minute private lesson with Mike Benson (a $100 value)

 Men's North Shore League
  • Participation in the local North Shore League on Sunday nights
  • 7-day advanced court reservations (max of 2 hours/day) *
  • Saturday morning Open Play, supervised by our Club Pro
  • Club social events & tournaments
  • APTA Membership

  • Beginner -> intermediate players
  • All North Shore League members are eligible for three 90-minute, four-person drills or one 60-minute private lesson with Mike Benson (a $100 value)

  • Beginner -> intermediate players

  • NOTE: The Double Dip option may be limited/eliminated if the club is oversubscribed - you will be eligible for a full refund if this occurs.

Women's Weekday
Travel League
  • Participation in the CNSWPL Day League
  • 7-day advanced court reservations (max of 2 hours/day) *
  • Saturday morning Open Play, supervised by our Club Pro
  • Club social events 
  • Fee covers balls for home matches & drills
  • Team members are expected to attend weekly drills which will be billed by half season (in October & January). See Match & Drill Details for more info.
  • Teams are required by the league to provide appropriate refreshments for their home matches. Each team is responsible for coordinating and organizing catering themselves.
  • All players are required to renew/register with the APTA through the CNSWPL website before league play starts ($35 fee)
  • Advanced beginner -> elite players
  • Pricing reflects the $100 Assessment for the Hut Extension Fund

Women's Monday Night Travel League
  • Participation in the CNSWPL Monday Night League
  • 7-day advanced court reservations (max of 2 hours/day) *
  • Saturday morning Open Play, supervised by our Club Pro
  • Club social events 
  • Fee covers balls for home matches
  • There are no drill requirements but players are encouraged to make their own arrangements with the pros
  • All clubs are required to cater for home matches. The WPTC night league teams organize their own catering.
  • All players are required to renew/register with the APTA through the CNSWPL website before league play starts ($35 fee)
  • Intermediate beginner -> elite players
  • Pricing reflects the $100 Assessment for the Hut Extension Fund

Associate Member
  • 5-day advanced court reservations (max of 2 hours/day) *
  • Saturday morning Open Play, supervised by our Club Pro
  • Eligible to play as a substitute up to four times in the Men's league (must register with the APTA - $35 fee)
  • Club social events 
  • Pricing reflects the $50 Assessment for the Hut Extension Fund
  • Only a limited number of Associate Memberships are available
  • Associate members are not eligible to purchase subscriptions to the Volley Ball Machine.

Women's League Substitute
  • Eligible to play as a substitute in the day or night league & drills
  • Club social events & open play
  • No court reservation privileges

  • Must register with the APTA ($35 fee) through the CNSWPL website before competing as a substitute for a WPTC team.

  


Refund Policy

A refund of up to 50% of Annual Dues may be available if a member is unable to continue to play paddle due to injury, AND requests such refund on or before December 15, 2024. Please contact Club President Colin Cross to request a refund.

* A note on CourtReserve accounts

Court reservation privileges are intended primarily to facilitate WPTC membership play. 
CourtReserve accounts are individual (not family) accounts and the player making the court reservation must be on court.
Abuse of this benefit may result in court reservation privileges being revoked.
